Pol Tusquets brings more than 15 years of experience in investment management and asset management, combined with a solid entrepreneurial track record and a specialization in artificial intelligence applied to financial processes. At Talea Capital, he leads the firm's digital transformation, driving the integration of technology and AI into its analysis, communication and strategic advisory workflows.
He has headed the Fund of Funds area at Trea Asset Management (a Spanish asset manager with more than €10bn in assets under management), where he oversees a portfolio of four funds worth more than €500m. In that role, he has been responsible for asset allocation strategy, manager selection and investment in fixed income, equity and alternative asset funds, as well as institutional relationships with the firm's key investors. His association with the group began in 2011, when he joined Trea Capital Partners in the Front & Middle Office area of private wealth management.
Pol is an entrepreneur: he has founded three companies in sectors as varied as air passenger rights (AeroReclaim), functional food and the microbiome (Mim Habits), and civil works (Cami Fix, Balearic Islands). This operational background gives the Talea Capital team a first-hand perspective on the challenges and decisions faced by the entrepreneurs who are the firm's clients.
He studied Business Administration at EAE/UPC and the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen (Netherlands), and holds a Master's in Marketing Management from EAE/UPC and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from Big School.
