Chairman of M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones and founding partner of the company in 1988 (the oldest firm in Spain fully specialized in mergers and acquisitions of small and medium-sized enterprises), Coordinating Vice-Chairman of the Foment del Treball Think Tank, and a contributor to La Vanguardia.
In the past, Mr. Alberich has served as Senior Advisor to Burson Cohn & Wolfe (with a particular focus on Public Affairs), Co-director of the Escuela Europea de Humanidades (a joint initiative of Fundació Bancària la Caixa and La Maleta de Portbou, which he founded in 2013), and a weekly contributor to El Periódico and Crónica Global.
In addition, Jordi is a trustee of Fundación Tanja and of various social organizations, and served as Director General of Círculo de Economía between 1998 and 2008.
Alberich holds a degree in Business Studies and an MBA from ESADE.
