With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Frank Rachor has played a key role overseeing strategic investment and financing projects across different sectors.
Frank has led the corporate finance team at Trea Asset Management (a Spanish asset manager with more than €10bn in assets under management) for over 18 years. His contribution has been decisive to Trea's success, both in its overall growth and results and in key milestones, most notably the creation of Spain's first direct lending fund for SMEs, a pioneering milestone that helped drive private debt investment in the country.
Before joining Trea, Mr. Rachor spent five years with PwC's M&A and valuation teams in Germany and Spain, executing a wide range of international transactions and advising leading clients such as Deutsche Telekom.
He holds a degree from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Certificate in Institutional Investment in Private Equity from the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford). He is fluent in German, English and Spanish, bringing a strong international perspective to the team.
